The Refugee Partnership is a non-profit consortium comprised of Vive la Casa/Jericho Road Community Health Center, Catholic Charities, Jewish Family Services, Journey’s End Refugee Services, and the International Institute of Buffalo. Together these agencies have over 400 years of experience serving refugees and asylum seekers and have assisted approximately 12,000 refugees over the past decade alone.
